Qualifications:
Fluency in one or more European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian), with proficient English communication skills.
Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, including key neighborhoods and developments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of UAE property laws, contracts, and investment processes.
International Real Estate Agent
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a strong network of international clients and property investors.Assist clients in purchasing, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties abroad.Conduct market research to provide clients with insights on investment opportunities .Stay updated on international real estate laws, regulations, and market trends. Collaborate with legal teams, financial advisors, and other stakeholders to facilitate transactions. Promote properties through digital marketing, networking events, and social media platforms .Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms for clients. Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of global real estate trends and investment strategies .Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
