Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in estimation, preferably in oil & gas or offshore industries.
Strong knowledge of cost estimation techniques and tools.
Proficiency in estimation software such as Candy, Excel, or similar.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project Management (Master’s is a plus).
