Senior Estimator
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (On-site)

Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for complex engineering and construction projects.
Analyze tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and project teams for pricing and scope alignment.
Identify risks and propose contingencies in estimation.
Participate in bid reviews and provide support during negotiations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in estimation, preferably in oil & gas or offshore industries.
Strong knowledge of cost estimation techniques and tools.
Proficiency in estimation software such as Candy, Excel, or similar.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Senior Project Manager
Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (On-site)

Responsibilities
Lead and manage large-scale engineering or EPC projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project plans, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery.
Oversee multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
Maintain close coordination with clients and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project Management (Master’s is a plus).
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within the energy/marine industry.
Proven ability to manage high-value, complex projects.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
