Admin cum Accountant

 Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Tasks:

Office Management: Oversee general office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and ensuring a smooth flow of daily activities.
Correspondence & Communication: Handle internal and external communications (e.g., emails, phone calls, meetings), ensuring timely responses.
Document Management: Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for all company documents, contracts, and correspondence.
Vehicle & License Renewals: Manage and ensure timely renewals of company vehicles, licenses, insurance, and other necessary administrative paperwork.
2. Accounting & Financial Duties:

Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records and manage daily financial transactions (e.g., invoices, receipts, payments).
Payroll Management: Process employee payroll on a monthly basis, including deductions, bonuses, and salary adjustments.
Accounting Reports: Assist with monthly and annual financial reporting, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports.
Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements and financial accounts.

Supervisor

 Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor all site activities related to maintenance, repair, and facility upgrades.
Ensure work is carried out as per schedule, quality standards, and client expectations.
Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, and facility teams.
Maintain daily reports, work completion records, and site logs.
Report incidents, delays, or site issues to management promptly.
Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
Maintain safety and cleanliness of the job site.
Liaise with tenants or clients on-site when required.

Requirements:


Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of MEP, civil, and general maintenance works.
Ability to manage multiple vendors and workers on-site.
Good communication and coordination skills.
UAE Driving License (preferred).

Site Supervisor


Responsibilities

Overseeing the progress of all construction activities
Ensuring all on-site workers adhere to the health and safety regulations
Implementing industry best practices and safety protocols
Hiring and evaluating the performance of the on-site workers
Regularly checking inventory and placing orders for building materials
Ensuring all equipments are in working order and good condition
Performing first aid during emergencies
Interpreting building plans and construction blueprints
Conducting site inspections to ensure it is free from any safety hazards
Ensuring the workers follow site safety procedures
Handling any on-site accidents with uttermost care and awareness
Maintaining an accurate attendance report of all construction site workers
Reviewing daily construction work and suggesting any improvement measures
Ensuring all emergency equipment are in place and in working order
Ensuring project completion as per the set timeline
Communicating the progress report to the Construction Project Manager

Estimation Engineer

Requirements and skills

Proven experience as estimator or similar position
Familiarity with financial and project management principles
In depth knowledge of research and data analysis methods and estimation formulas
Exquisite math and IT ability with an analytical mindset
Proficient in relevant software (Timberline, HCSS HeavyBid)
Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
Thoroughness and reliability
Excellent organizational skills
BSc/BA in engineering, construction science or relevant discipline
