Land Surveyor

Key Responsibilities/Duties

 Undertake as-built surveys as soon as in practical and advise construction team of non-conformitiesand provide completed surveys to the supervision team
 Provide accurate land surveying results to enable construction and associated works
 Establish and maintain a series of survey ground markers and record coordinates and levels of thesame, throughout the contract

 Review survey reference points, temporary benchmarks; check setting-out levels and alignments priorto contractor's execution of works on site.
 Conduct independent check survey using geographical information systems
 Review and report any problems in connection with the work to supervision team

MEP Inspector

Key Responsibilities/duties

Review and comment on Contractor's designs and material submissions
Inspect work in progress for conformance to specifications, approved drawings and method statements
Review, monitor and report on progress of works
Check plant, equipment and materials delivered and verify against approved submissions
Check measurement sheets for the work done and check Contractor’s payment certificates
Coordinate with the Client and Contractor
Liaise with other Authorities
Assert with and coordinate forward planning

Contracts Manager

Key responsibilities and duties are listed, but not limited to, the below:

Oversee commercial management for the project against agreed targets for profit and ROCE
Supervise and monitor all aspects of the contract including compliance, terms and conditions, service level agreements, managing receipts, documentation of change requests, delivery of deliverables, payment procedures and management reporting
Financial reporting and monitoring of overall project financial performance
Overseeing the working capital position on the project, and supporting project management teams when direct senior contact with clients is required to resolve working capital issues
Monitoring and advising on compliance with internal governance and contractual commercial obligations, promoting Mott MacDonald internal governance protocols related to commercial success
Assisting in the development of project financial recovery strategy; attendance at monthly control meetings and dealing with actions arising

Senior Architect

Key responsibilities and duties are listed, but not limited to, the below:

Conduct supervision of works in adherence to the contract; ensure guidelines are being adhered to for all architectural works
Make recommendations to the Resident Engineer regarding the selection and approval of sub-contractors in coordination with and through consultations with owner/client representatives
Review and project contract documents (drawings, shop drawings, specifications etc.); coordinate with Contractor and engineers prior to commencing construction activities
Notify the Project Principal of any discrepancies identified against contract documents; prepare corrective action plans to be taken
Assist in resolving any issues raised by Contractor and prepare recommendations to the Project Principal as appropriate
Review related construction materials and finishes samples submitted; ensure compliance against local legislation and technical specifications mandated by the contract
Inspect procured materials delivered to site; ensure compliance against local legislation and and specifications/contract documents/approvals
Resolve design and technical issues with the engineering team on the project.
Participate in preparing progress reports and in verifying costs related matters in order to finalize monthly payment certificates
