Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Close liaison with internal departments (sales, marketing, production).
Crisis management and high-level problem-solving during events.
Create detailed project plans and timelines.
Collaborate and coordinate with vendors (Venue, Contractors, AV, Shipping, etc.).
Oversee venue setup, floor plans (including booth allocations), and logistics.
Ensure legal and safety compliance (permits, insurance, etc.).
Lead post-event evaluations and reporting.
Supervise and monitor the technical support team, ensuring effective performance and alignment with organizational goals.
Analyse team responsibilities and distribute tasks effectively.
Generate various reports to support decision-making and operations.
Manage the logistics and operations of events, including venue setup, stands design validation and audiovisual, staging and lighting during events.
Coordinate with DWTC (Dubai World Trade Centre) for permits, operations and approvals.
Collaborate with official stand contractors and relevant stakeholders for stand design approvals and logistics.
Support the interaction and coordination between all parties involved in event execution
Head of Marketing- Exhibitions
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee integrated marketing strategies designed to drive stakeholder engagement and measurable sales growth, whilst ensuring its alignment with all departmental activities.
Oversee delegate sales and B2B matchmaking initiatives as part of event marketing strategies.
Develop and implement comprehensive strategic marketing plans to support business growth and objectives.
Lead brand positioning efforts and enforce consistent brand guidelines across all marketing and communications activities.
Direct campaign planning, content creation, and the development of a compelling, consistent brand narrative.
Drive impactful internal and external communications that resonate with diverse stakeholders and align with institutional goals.
Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing ROI.
Build and execute a holistic Data and CRM strategy integrating online/offline channels and managing the prospective database.
Manage the marketing department budget effectively, ensuring efficient use of resources. • Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Collaborate with internal departments and cross-functional teams to develop innovative campaigns that support event expansion and strategic initiatives. • Provide strategic insights and performance updates to senior management to ensure ongoing alignment with organizational objectives.
