Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Design and analyze reinforced concrete structures (such as buildings, retaining walls, foundations, etc.).
Prepare structural calculations, design drawings, general arrangement drawings, and specifications.
Utilize structural analysis and design software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, Primavera V16.1, WaterCAD, StormCAD, SewerCAD, ETABS, SAFE, Idea Statica, Limcon and MODflow).
Evaluate project requirements and develop appropriate structural solutions and value engineering to meet and maintain project’s budget.
Conduct site inspections and liaise with contractors & consultants during construction phases.
Review and approve shop drawings and construction submittals related to civil and concrete works.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards (e.g., BS, Eurocode, ACI, IS codes).
Senior Estimator
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment.
Analyze project specifications, drawings, and client requirements to develop estimates.
Collaborate with the procurement and technical teams to obtain quotations and ensure accurate pricing.
Identify project risks and account for them in the estimation process.
Prepare and submit competitive tenders and proposals for construction projects.
Monitor market trends and pricing to ensure cost-effective and competitive estimates.
Provide value engineering suggestions to optimize project costs.
MEP Design Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Perform detailed design and calculation work for HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing systems.
Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and BOMs using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
Liaise with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
Conduct site inspections and surveys and resolve any technical issues as they arise.
Ensure all designs comply with local codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Select and specify materials, equipment, and systems for building services.
Prepare reports, presentation materials, and attend client meetings.
Assist in value engineering, cost estimation and tendering processes.
