Qualifications

Qualifications
Master’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in English education or language programs.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Experience in curriculum design and assessment strategies.

Lead and oversee English language programs across West Africa.
Develop and implement educational strategies and goals.
Manage academic staff and ensure quality of instruction.
Collaborate with educational institutions and government partners.
Monitor performance metrics and ensure program effectiveness.
