Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with procurement policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Prepare periodic procurement reports, cost analyses, and supplier performance evaluations.
Assist in resolving vendor complaints or delivery issues promptly.
Client Servicing Executive with exhibition experience
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile luxury brand clients, including globally recognized names like Chanel, Dior, and more.
Ensure smooth coordination of marketing and campaign execution, aligning with client goals and expectations.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring the highest levels of service and satisfaction.
Address client needs, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure continuous communication between clients and internal teams.
Estimator (Metal, Joinery experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Perform quantity take-offs for projects
Prepare accurate pricing for estimates
Communicate with suppliers to gather necessary information for cost estimation
Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and provide estimates
Support material sourcing for projects
Housekeeping
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily cleaning of designated areas including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
Clean and disinfect restrooms, wash basins, toilets, and replenish supplies (soap, tissues, etc.).
Empty trash containers and dispose of waste in a sanitary manner.
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors as needed.
Report any maintenance issues or damage to the HR
Follow safety guidelines and wear protective equipment when required
Maintain equipment and cleaning tools in good condition.
Assist in setting up rooms for meetings, events, or as per facility needs.
