Contracts Engineer - Commercial
Job Type: Full-time
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management within the construction or infrastructure sector
Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and commercial terms
Proficiency in MS Office and contract management software
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and manage contracts related to construction projects
Monitor contract compliance and resolve any issues related to terms or deliverables
Collaborate with legal and commercial teams on risk assessments
Support tendering processes, including analysis of bids and contract terms
Maintain documentation and records for audits and reporting
Driver - Light Vehicle

Qualifications:
Valid UAE light vehicle driving license
High school diploma or equivalent
Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations
Minimum 2 years of driving experience in the UAE

Responsibilities:

Ensure the assigned vehicle is always clean and in good condition
