Lead and supervise technical teams in managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across facilities.
• Civil Multi Technician
Perform a variety of civil maintenance tasks including masonry, carpentry, painting, and plumbing.
• Lead MEP Technician
Oversee MEP systems and support the team with advanced troubleshooting and repair activities.
• Electrical Technician
Handle electrical installations, maintenance, and fault diagnosis in residential and commercial facilities.
• Chiller Technician
Specialize in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of chiller systems and central cooling plants.
• A/C Technician
Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning units and ventilation systems.
• Electromechanical Technician

✅ Who Can Apply?
Candidates with 3 to 5 years of UAE experience, especially in the Facilities Management industry.
Applicants who can join immediately (on Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa).
Candidates on cancelled visa should carry a soft or hard copy of their visa cancellation document.
A minimum qualification of ITI or Diploma in the relevant technical field is required.
English communication skills (verbal and written) are mandatory.
Applicants must be between 22 and 39 years of age.
