Qualifications
Document Management and Documentation skills
Min 4-5 Years Experiences in Project Documentation and Records Management
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in document control software and tools.
Familiar with document management systems (EDMS) like ACONEX & SharePoint
Knowledge of engineering or manufacturing processes is a plus

Planning Engineer
Responsibilites :
Maintain Base Line Planning for the entire Project and obtain consultant/client approval.
Maintain Schedules, plans and oversee the entire program of work as per the BOQ in equal intervals.
Prepares cash flow, charts and histograms on planning projects.
Verifies critical path and interfaces between design/ engineering/ procurement / execution.
Monitor and report delays with actionable recovery plans.
Updates the schedule based on input received from project team.
Prepare the monthly Progress reports and Labor histograms.
Flag early warnings for potential delays or mismatches in sequencing.
Accumulates, collects and analyses data and information required for planning.
Inputs the breakdown structure information in means to assess an accurate forecast on time, resources and cash flow of the project.
Ensure interdisciplinary coordination between MEP, civil, and other departments.
Advice the Project Manager when delayed events occur and produce an extension of the time schedule in coordination with the commercial project team to support the claims.
Estimation Lead
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed and accurate MEP system cost estimates.
Supervise and mentor a team of estimators.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project specifications.
Monitor budgets and adjust estimates to control costs and mitigate risks.
Analyze market trends and update pricing strategies.
Communicate estimates clearly to clients and stakeholders.
Enhance estimation processes for better efficiency and accuracy.
Generate regular reports on estimation status and changes.
