Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities)

Develop and manage brand strategies, positioning, identity, and architecture
Conduct research to gain consumer, market, and competitive insights and use these to inform campaign strategies
Ensure consistency of brand tone, voice, and visual identity across all marketing materials
Oversee the entire creative process, from concept development to final delivery
Present and pitch creative ideas effectively, communicating the vision and strategy
Provide creative direction to agencies and to ensure alignment with brand guidelines
Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, budget management, and quality
Develop promotional campaigns that align with the overall brand strategy and objectives
Develop clear and concise campaign briefs outlining objectives, target audience, messaging, creative direction, and channels
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages creativity and innovation
Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals, providing guidance and feedback
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workloads
Any additional duties or tasks assigned by the reporting manager or deputy


Director Quality Management

Role Contribution:

Develop and implement Quality Management strategies and plans aligned with business goals Ensure all products meet highest quality standards.
Contribute to the development of the company's long-term strategic plans
Guarantee compliance with industry regulations and customer specifications.
Oversee quality control processes in the steel manufacturing plant.
Drive strategic quality improvements.
Maintain rigorous quality standards.
Ensure timely delivery of superior products. 
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Quality Management function and across the organization
Collaborate with other departments to ensure Quality Management activities are aligned with business needs.
Ensure integrity of Quality testing equipment
Ensure correct competency frameworks for Quality Management
Ensure integrity of all Quality Tests.
Foster a Proactive approach towards Quality Management in collaboration with Operations.
Resolve all Quality concerns with Operations by Root Cause elimination processes.
