Experience Agents for Secondary Market

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Experience Agent for Secondary Market at Eva Real Estate LLC, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Experience Agent will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing expert advice on property transactions, and conducting property viewings. Daily tasks include market research, preparing property listings, negotiating deals, and maintaining client records. The agent will also liaise with developers and other real estate professionals to facilitate successful transactions.

Qualifications

Real Estate knowledge and experience in managing property transactions

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong market research and analytical skills

Proficiency in preparing property listings and maintaining client records

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Multilingual capabilities are a plus

Experienced Real Estate Agent

Requirements

✔ Proven experience in Dubai’s real estate market with a successful sales record

✔ Ability to source and close deals independently

✔ Strong negotiation and sales skills

✔ Excellent knowledge of either off-plan or secondary market sales

✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented

✔ UAE Driving License and own car are a plus, but not required

✔ Fluent in English (additional languages such as Russian, Italian, German, Dutch, Spanish, or Portuguese are a plus)
