Sales Engineer – Solar (EPC & Lease Projects)

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify opportunities for solar EPC and lease/PPA projects in industrial, commercial, and government sectors.
Lead client discussions from initial technical assessment through proposal development to contract negotiation and closure.
Prepare customized technical-commercial proposals, including system design, energy yield analysis, and financial modeling (ROI, IRR, LCOE, payback).
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop layouts, BOQs, and compliance documentation.
Present lease models (zero upfront, pay-as-you-save) and explain regulatory frameworks like DEWA Shams Dubai, ADDC, or SEWA.
Manage complete sales cycle: lead generation, technical qualification, proposal development, deal closure, and handover to project execution team.
Support internal approvals, risk assessments, and client onboarding processes.
Build strong relationships with energy consultants, facility managers, sustainability leads, and financial stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, regulatory updates, and competitor offerings in the UAE/GCC solar EPC and lease segments.

Site Mechanical Engineer – MEP

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise installation of HVAC ducting, chilled water piping, FCUs, AHUs, exhaust fans, and plumbing/sanitary systems.
Monitor execution of drainage, water supply, and firefighting networks per IFC/shop drawings and authority codes.
Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, SMACNA, IPC, and Civil Defense regulations.
Verify delivered materials against specifications and ensure correct installation practices.
Coordinate with electrical and civil teams for smooth site integration.
Issue and follow up on IRs, MIRs, and snag lists.
Maintain daily progress reports, manpower logs, and site quality records.

Site Electrical Engineer – MEP

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise installation of LV panels, MDBs, SMDBs, DBs, lighting, power, cabling, fire alarm, ELV, and emergency systems.
Ensure work execution is aligned with project drawings, BOQ, specifications, and local authority standards (DEWA, ADDC, SEWA).
Coordinate with civil and mechanical teams to avoid site conflicts and delays.
Review shop drawings and technical submittals before implementation.
Inspect materials delivered to site and report discrepancies.
Raise inspection requests (IRs), material inspection requests (MIRs), and follow up on approvals.
Attend coordination meetings with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors.
Maintain daily site reports, progress tracking, and manpower records.
Ensure safety compliance and risk mitigation at site.

Measurement & Verification (M&V) Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute Measurement & Verification (M&V) activities as per the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol (IPMVP) or other recognized protocols.
Develop M&V plans and baseline energy models for energy conservation measures (ECMs).
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from energy management systems, meters, sensors, and other monitoring tools.
Perform site inspections, calibration, and testing of M&V equipment.
Prepare detailed M&V reports demonstrating energy savings and project performance.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure accurate implementation and documentation of energy-saving measures.
Maintain and update M&V databases and software tools.
Support internal and external audits related to energy management and savings verification.

MEP Design Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of MEP design engineers across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection disciplines.
Oversee design deliverables for all MEP systems in line with project timelines, codes, and client specifications.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and site execution teams to ensure fully integrated MEP designs.
Validate system designs, calculations (load, pressure, voltage drop, etc.), layouts, equipment selection, and material specifications.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and authority standards (DEWA, DM, SEWA, ADDC, Civil Defense, etc.) and international codes (ASHRAE, NEC, NFPA, IPC, etc.).
