KYC Specialist

Collect, validate, and verify KYC documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory alignment.
Identify and assess Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs), Directors, Key Management Personnel, Authorised Signatories, Related Parties, and supply chain connections.
Conduct sanctions screening and adverse media checks using platforms such as World‑Check and other approved tools.
Assess geographic and transactional risks based on country exposure and customer profile.
Draft clear and structured compliance review reports summarising findings and outlining risk assessments.
Independently conduct or review previous assessments, ensuring consistency and compliance with internal standards.
Engage in client meetings where necessary to clarify or escalate findings.

Purchase Executive

Source suppliers and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Manage procurement of FMCG goods (food, beverage, personal care, cleaning products, etc.).
Maintain accurate purchase records and update inventory reports.
Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure proper stock levels.
Monitor market trends, evaluate suppliers, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards.
Handle documentation and compliance related to local and international purchases.

Bussiness Development Intern

Support non-veg launch in GCC, working cross-functionally with Sales/Marketing & Quality teams.
Track & report on packaging development deliverables with TPM vendor and internal design team. Approvals to be cleared from Internal team on PM material type and Quality.
Ensure all legal approvals are closed prior to launch (External and Govt. lab tests, Shelf-Life tests and export certifications) working along with Quality and PRO team.
Artwork approvals within GCC; In coordination with Country team/PRO.
Regular internal sensory to be handled along with Quality team until launch to ensure product/recipe standards.

Sales Executive (B2B)

Requirements
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
Self-motivated and driven by targets.
Resilience and have strong communication skills.
Can influence and negotiate with others.
Fast learner and passion for sales.
Ability to map accounts and identify potential business opportunities.
Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
Minimum Experience Required: 2+ Years in UAE (B2B)
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role

Marketing Intern

Assist in Back-to-school campaign execution across UAE.
Support in tracking BTL (POS) Implementation tracking and reporting daily, region wise and update sales and marketing heads.
Liaise with activation agency on daily user flow/updates on the Campaign app.
Align with digital agency on amplification of campaign through Influencers and ensure targeted daily/weekly posts.
Track and report on weekly progress of campaign as per updates from activation agency
Liaise with Sales team on retailer feedback and suggestions on the campaign on daily basis and share weekly and post campaign summary with management.

Events and Exhibitions Account Manager

Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3 years in events/exhibitions (agency or corporate).
Proven track record in lead generation and sales.
Strong negotiation and client management skills.
Knowledge of Dubai events and exhibitions market.
Attributes: - Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Leadership potential to grow into a managerial role.
