SCM Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

Be a member of EM SCM Finance team to control supply chain costs. Tasks including budgeting, rolling forecasting, monthly reporting, business case creation, variation analysis and financial analysis 
Be a strong data analyst and through big data file and system data from SAP, CFIN, MicroStrategy as well as various vendors where is necessary to generate insights and recommendation for costs improvement or service improvement opportunities. 
Share the result of GAP analysis and provide the root cause/clues/ views of underperformance and provide suggestions and solutions of performance improvement. 
Be a business partner to Supply Chain Management operation team. Tasks include business analysis, project support, effectiveness study, productivity tracking, benchmarking analysis etc. to drive discussions and form corrective actions to improve efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain management. 
Be familiar with end-to-end supply chain operational flow and closely monitor both the fixed and variable costs related to supply chain management and clearly understand the drivers behind costs fluctuation. 
Support business case development of Supply Chain projects and investments by challenging, identifying, and quantifying improvement potential. 
Support Global Operations in carrying out projects from the conceptual set-up to the implementation, including the follow up on the realization of the targeted benefits. 
Ensure transparency on business performance drivers and building sustainable “performance management culture” within the group functions. 

Manager-Digital Retail Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Ownership of systems and digital solutions related to Retail operations (Harmony app, aLP, TaxFee) Point-of-Sale systems and Payment integration programs, BackOffice, HeadOffice etc.
Collaborate with the EM Retail management and Global product owner teams to ensure the effective implementation of EM priorities – with emphasis on Digital solution implementation.
Cooperate cross-functionally with Store Operations. Hub Retail. Tech, Merchandising, SCM, IT, Finance and Back Office functions in Hub and Cluster.
Prepare and handle SIT and UAT stages in terms of project management and hardware management.
Manage and drive the pilots for Digital solutions and then implement the developed key initiatives across the Market in consultation with business partners such as Retail Directors, District Managers etc.
Organize and facilitate the required meetings to inform and motivate the organization for the assigned key initiative(s).
Document the developed know-how related to the assigned key initiative(s) and make it easily available for the organization.
Create learning content for involved teams and manage updates and improvements.
Deliver training and related material to drive effective and efficient operations within the respective functions impacted by the solutions.
Check and review all existing policies and standards (internal and external) and provide necessary updates on a regular basis according to new systems and tools.
Prepare new guidelines for respective markets/districts based on Market EM requests.

In-store Visual Merchandiser (Talent Pool) 1

 Key Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze performance data and make any necessary adjustments to drive commercial success, primarily within VM
Allocate resources and organize processes, primarily within visual merchandising, to drive efficiency and productivity in a variety of situations, including maintenance and layout of existing stores, floor plans and changes, In-store Communication, reporting, and controlling costs
Drive product presentation and best practice within visual merchandising for a meaningful consumer experience, from sell-in to sell[1]through
Be a role model for customer service and meeting or exceeding customers’ expectations
Supervise and support the team to ensure all customers receive an optimal service level at all times
ØLead your team to meet or exceed customer expectations at all times
Be a Brand Ambassador, consistently exhibiting the Brand Attitude and Values
Use advanced Category expertise to drive sales and customer loyalty in your assigned area
Lead training for visual merchandising techniques and guidelines to follow marketing concepts and brand campaigns while supporting all team Foundational and Seasonal Brand and product knowledge training
Lead and coordinate team members to consistently execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards as per global guidelines and local directives, including placement and focus on key articles and ensuring alignment with given Buying and Merchandising timelines
Manage merchandise delivery processing on the same day it arrives
