Global IT End User Support Specialist

 Key Skills:

Excellent knowledge of Office 365 and MS Operating Systems
Use of and understanding of IT Tools, Active Directory, Azure AD and Exchange

Engineer - Supplier QA

 Job Purpose

Managing incoming inspection and D365 system implementation and standardization.
Making NCR and dealing with supplier on quality issues.
Making reports on supplier quality.
Engineering Change implementation at supplier end.
Supplier audits/visits and development.
Coordinate with incoming inspectors’ team and looking after of calibration of equipment in QC Lab.
New parts approval and through proper evaluation and testing.
Training to inspector on incoming equipment.
Reviewing and rectification of in-process supplier’s parts issues.

Material Controller

Key Accountabilities:
 Efficiently manage all warehouse transactions within the D365 system.
Accurately process Item Arrival Journals and Product Receipts (GRIN) in the system.
Ensure precise posting of transfer orders to facilitate timely production order completion.
Maintain up-to-date system data by promptly posting materials, preventing any gaps.
Post all Movement Journals and Counting Journals on time without any errors.
Manage the monthly depletion of production consumables through Movement Journals accurately and without delays.
Post DLF line delivery notes promptly and correctly.
Maintain records (Inv/GRIN) in accordance with ISO standards.
Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Identify and resolve any discrepancies in inventory records promptly.
Assist in the development and implementation of warehouse process improvements.
Provide training and support to warehouse staff on D365 system usage and best practices.
