Specialist Physician-SKMC-Critical Care - Pediatrics
Assists the Consultant Physician in supervising the activities of junior medical staff, and jointly assumes responsibility for the care they provide
Complies with all hospital polices regarding admissions, consultations, daily patient care, surgical procedures, discharge protocols, outpatient and follow up practices
Practices appropriate utilization of the organization’s resources
Leads ward rounds; reassesses both inpatients and outpatients on a regular basis, in line with established best practice
Accurately documents all relevant clinical information in a clear and timely fashion in accordance with established procedures
Regularly reviews results of all investigations and modifies treatment as required
Liaises with other medical specialties and support services for additional input as required
Actively participates in multi-disciplinary meetings to help plan effective, safe and holistic care for individual patients
Ensures preparation of patients for all procedures including obtaining informed consent
Accepts clinically appropriate referrals from the Emergency Department, primary care, other departments, specialty clinics, walk in patients, and patients referred from other hospitals
Participates in and supports the Consultant Physician in ensuring the provision of out of hours on call) coverage on a rotational basis including evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays as required

Responsibilities
Examining patients, taking medical histories, addressing patients' concerns, and answering patients' questions.
Diagnosing and treating injuries, illnesses, and disorders.
Ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests and explaining the results to patients.
Counseling patients on diet, hygiene, preventative healthcare, and other lifestyle changes.
Updating patients' charts and information to reflect current findings and treatments.
Recommending and designing treatment plans.
Prescribing medications or therapies.
Explaining medical procedures to patients.
Consulting with other physicians, referring patients to specialists when necessary, and working with other healthcare staff, such as nurses, assistants, and other physicians.
Marketing and Communications Manager-SEHA Clinics (Preferred with FMCG Experience)
Responsibilities
Implementing marketing plan and budget for the facility
Implementing, in coordination with Senior Officer , the marketing plans and proposals for deferent groups
Implementing promotional plans for facility staff / customers to guarantee a steady stream of customers especially during off peak periods
Allocating and controlling marketing budget across internal and external sponsorship, profiling and advertising costs
Reviewing and approving subordinate budget inquires when required
Implementing the marketing and communication strategy to meet academic and
clinical objectives Implementing the advertising and media plan
