Test Center Administrator (UAE)
Responsibilities
Complete mandatory TCA training, which includes trainings and certification exams as required
Greet examinees and verify identification
Register and prepare candidate information on the Roster/Score Card
When applicable, collect candidate’s biometric information (collect fingerprints)
Monitor candidates as they complete their exam
Resolve candidate issues and technical issues or report them to the appropriate supervisor
Protect security of all computer software in Test Center environment
Reboot computer servers and reset passwords when necessary
Other responsibilities include proctoring off-site testing
Count and monitor all test materials, as outlined in the Test Manual
Manage any incidents of candidate misconduct or other disruptio ns to testing, with Amideast guidance
Customer service and front desk support
Account Manager (UAE)
Responsibilities
Understand and be able to articulate Amideast's current and future product and service offerings
Produce an annual business plan with quantifiable goals, for internal and external distribution
Develop and implement strategies to increase awareness of Amideast and its products and services, reaching out to audiences in the public, private, and academic sectors
Develop and implement sales strategy for all testing products, with particular emphasis on the TOEFL assessment family including: The TOEFL ITP® Assessment Series, The TOEFL® Young Students Series, The TOEFL Junior® Tests, The TOEFL® Primary™ Tests
Support sales for the TOEIC assessment family, including the TOEIC Listening and Reading test, the TOEIC Speaking and Writing tests and the TOEIC Bridge™
Work closely with program staff to ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of marketing and sales efforts and to ensure needed follow-up
Maintain a database of marketing contacts including cold calls to new prospects as a daily component of all sales strategies
Maintain regular contact with existing clients to provide ongoing customer service and ensure client retention
Provide recommendations to the Country Director regarding areas of new program development
Represent Amideast as needed, at conferences and exhibitions
Arrange meetings with potential customers
Gather market intelligence
Communicate all prospect and client activity to the Country Director and, as needed, to Amideast Headquarters
