Site Mechanical Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Need to have a good knowledge and exposure to HVAC , plumbing works for residential villa projects with high end details and finishes.
Needs to have a thorough knowledge of Authority regulations and requirements.
Carry out inspection on a daily basis.
Monitoring and record non compliances and issue notice to rhe contractor on a regular basis
Review of material submittals, and shop drawings .
Respond to RFI related queries related to the site execution and coordinate with HO for any design related queries.
Conduct weekly technical workshops and meetings with the specialist for quick resolution of the pending issues and obtaining approval for the engineering task.
Need to be proactive and lead the role for the mechanical discipline .
Interact with the client side representative and update any serious concerns that may delay the site progress of the project.
Identify , Highlit and follow up for the long lead items that may likely to have a risk of having any impact on the project deadline.
Site Architect (Interior Design)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in site-based interior design supervision in Dubai.
Strong knowledge of interior fit-out, materials, and finishing details.
Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, and other local authority regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office; knowledge of Revit is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients.
Ability to interpret design drawings and specifications and ensure proper implementation on-site.
UAE driving license preferred.
