What We’re Looking For
Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes and a curiosity about how organizations operate and transform.
Customer Focus: Experience in customer-facing roles (SaaS, consulting, business operations, or similar), with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Documentation Skills: Ability to create clear, professional handover documents, guides, and use case materials.
