Design Intern
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field
Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and understanding of layout, typography, and color
Experience with design tools such as Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Canva / Creatopy
Experience creating content for digital campaigns or social media platforms
Solid understanding of graphic and communication design principles
Familiarity with brand systems and visual consistency
Awareness of current design trends in digital media and marketing
Knowledge of Figma or UI/UX tools, with an interest in user-centred design is a bonus
Strong eye for detail and visual composition
Ability to balance creativity with practical execution
Strong organization and time management skills
Business Development Manager - Property Monitor
In this role, you will:
Identify, prospect, and secure new real estate brokerage clients through a mix of cold calling, networking, industry events and referral networks
Alongside the senior BDM, develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to grow our presence in the UAE real estate market
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress through the CRM to conclusion
Deliver persuasive product presentations and demos tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth handover to onboarding and customer success teams
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property market and our competitive landscape
Collaborate with wider PM team to provide client feedback/suggestions and also insight into market sentiment and competitor activity
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand visibility and generate leads
Team Lead - Inside Sales
In this role, you will:
Actively drive outbound sales through prospecting, cold calling, and lead follow-up
Maintain personal responsibility for a sales pipeline and revenue targets
Manage and coach the inside sales/telesales team to achieve individual and team KPIs
Monitor and optimise performance using metrics such as call activity, lead conversion, and opportunity creation
Develop and refine outreach scripts, cadences, and communication strategies
Collaborate with marketing to align and execute lead generation campaigns
Own and improve sales processes, CRM workflows, and performance reporting
Support account management efforts by maintaining relationships and identifying growth opportunities within existing clients
Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline insights to leadership
Lead onboarding and ongoing training for telesales reps on systems, tools, and best practices
Foster a high-performance, target-driven culture through hands-on leadership
