Coordinate with other departments and external vendors, ensuring that all office needs are met in a timely manner.
Manage office equipment and supplies, ensuring that they are maintained and replaced as needed.
Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring that they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Plan and organize meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring that all arrangements are made in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Manage VISA and residency arrangements for
Lead Architect
Key Responsibilities Direct and manage the design development process for high-end architectural projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, consultants, and interior designers to ensure cohesive project delivery.
Oversee the preparation of conceptual designs, schematic layouts, and detailed construction documentation.
Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, local authority requirements, and international codes and standards.
Participate in design reviews, client presentations, and key decision-making meetings with stakeholders.
Provide technical oversight during site execution to ensure design fidelity and quality control.
Guide and mentor junior architects and designers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Support proposal development and contribute to business development efforts when required.
