Account Manager

4. Preferred Qualification and Experience

7+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, with at least 2–4 years focused on government or regulated sector clients.
Bachelor's or master’s in business, Engineering, Public Policy, ICT, or a relevant domain.
Preference for candidates with experience in emerging markets and/or multi-country portfolios.
Willingness to travel extensively for in-country demos, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.

Associate Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual group financial reporting processes in accordance with applicable accounting standards and internal timelines.
Prepare consolidated financial statements for statutory filings and internal management reporting.
Coordinate with finance teams across subsidiaries to ensure accurate and timely financial submissions, while proactively resolving reporting issues.
Act as the primary liaison with the holding company’s finance team to fulfill group-level reporting obligations.
Serve as a key contact for senior management and business heads, supporting ad hoc financial analyses, operational updates, and regulatory matters.
Manage the external audit process, ensuring timely completion of interim reviews and annual audits with minimal disruption.
Drive automation of financial reporting and lead the implementation of group-wide financial systems and tools.
Oversee allocation of expenses across projects and business units to ensure precise and transparent project-level reporting.
Liaise with external tax consultants to ensure full compliance with tax regulations across all operating jurisdictions.
Mentor and develop finance team members to foster a high-performing, collaborative finance function.
