Medical Claims Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Medical Claims Supervision: Supervise end to end processing of medical claims, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with policy terms and regulatory requirements.
Provider Negotiations: Handle claims under negotiation with healthcare providers, ensuring fair outcomes and adherence to service agreements.
Claims Authorization: Approve, process, or escalate claims according to authority limits and company guidelines.
Reporting & Analytics: Compile and analyze reports on claims volume, processing trends, rejection rates, and team KPIs to support continuous improvement.
Process Enhancement: Collaborate with internal departments (e.g. Compliance, IT, Finance) to implement process updates and streamline workflows.

Petrochemical, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering Graduates

Qualification Details :

Passionate Graduates or Fresh graduates with bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Petrochemical / Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
On site experience in various Industries having exposures in different fields related to Chemical/Petrochemical/Electrical engineering will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills and fluent in English.
Excellent Analytical Skills.
Proficiency in using Excel and other Microsoft Office Tools.

Life Insurance Consultant

Job Requirement:

Sales Experience in Banking, SME, credit cards, Financial Products

Life insurance Sales Experience would be an added advantage

Prior insurance/financial sales experience in UAE

Demonstrated entrepreneurial approach to growing business relationships

and strong communication skills.

Organized, self motivated, and proactive in problem solving

Critical thinking, proactive attitude, Good communication/Multilingual skills

Good convincing/Interpersonal skills

Business Development Executive

  Provide excellent customer services to clients
  Maintain positive and healthy professional relationships with technical teams
  Acquire product knowledge and keep updated with any product or market changes
  Possess market knowledge and intelligence
  Keep abreast with insurance market news, changing regulations, and competitor movements and products
  Submit daily, monthly, and quarterly activity and production reports to management
  Use QMS : maintain log of client's visits, prospect lists and enquiries submitted
  Responsible for the collection of and any outstanding premiums
