Marketing Manager
Your role & responsibilities
Position Intwo as the preferred brand of the choice for our (B2B) target audiences and Industries. Ideal customer criteria are midsized, international companies,open to usee (Microsoft) technology in one of our 6 industry verticals.
Develop marketing strategies and tactics to boost our reputation and drive sales qualified leads. These leads have a market leading conversion to opportunities and then deal closure, such that we have a great marketing ROI.
Deploy successful marketing campaigns from idea to execution to build strong brand salience within our target industries and audience, leading to sales qualified leads.
Create and manage a calendar of events such as webinars, conferences and thought leadership contributions.
Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels like content marketing, pay per click campaigns, event management, and social media.
Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog together with our content writer that attracts and converts our target groups.
Measure and report on performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget and allocate funds wisely.
Ensure that all regional marketing materials are in line with our brand identity.
You work closely with our sales team in MEIA and your global marketing colleagues to win (new) business.
Work closely with Microsoft on developing and executing annual co-op plans and budgets and oversee all co-marketing initiatives and events.
Support employer branding and HR initiatives from a marketing and brand perspective
You understand how to translate industry business problems and business value from our engineering team into technology solution messaging.
You believe in Account Based Marketing. You nurture your lead “personas” through our nurture tools (Hubspot) with relevant high quality neural marketing and engaging customer journeys.
Presales Manager
What You Need To Do
Product Positioning - The company has a wide portfolio of products serving different
Industry segments, Functionality requirements, Budgets.
Presales has to decide which product to position in each account in order to meet the requirements of the customer and win the sale.
Product Demonstrations and Proof of Concept Presentations- This is the most important role of presales. The product should be presented to the prospect in a convincing manner. The prospect should develop confidence that the product will meet his requirements while understanding its limitations.
Consulting strength of the company will also be evaluated during these demonstrations. Presales should showcase this prowess by providing solutions instantly during the demonstrations, presenting real-life situations and examples and winning the confidence of the prospect.
Presentations should be well-prepared and interactions with the prospect should be arranged in advance by the sales team to facilitate readiness.
Product Expertise and Updates- Presales should continuously learn on the job. This involves
Learning new modules and subjects
Identifying and positioning add-on solutions to complement the default offering
Learning new versions and enhancements to the products
