Junior R&D Specialist

Key Accountabilities

Prepare solutions, specimens, and samples for testing. 
Maintain and operate standard laboratory equipment and practices. 
Perform mechanical testing to support product development. 
Support ongoing process development and prototype manufacturing through RAP studies depending on priority and relevance of topics
Document experiments and results in Laboratory notebooks with full traceability.
Conduct searches on identified topics relevant to the projects ongoing in R&D
Ensure strict adherence to relevant safety procedures.
Report the trials findings and set up the next objectives to lead to project closing and sales Report local market trends in coordination with marketing team 
Carry out benchmarking studies for competitor’s products 
Perform competitor analysis of the products on a routine base (mainly bread improvers, cake mixes)
Support company goals and objectives, policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and FDA regulations
Always maintain corporate confidentiality.
Responsible for your team’s payments collection sin accordance with company policies and follow up the necessary to reconcile and recover payment variances.
Gather market information regarding market trends, competitive activity, and requirements for the development of new and existing products.
Lead, develop, motivate, and manage a team of members to ensure that Sales, Collections and Gross Margin targets are met.

Graphic Designer


Key Accountabilities

Work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects within the marketing team, delivering innovative graphic designs aligned with business objectives.
Ensure all designs adhere to organizational standards and accurately represent the BanoPuratos brand.
Prepare and finalize visual materials for presentations, catalogues, magazines, social media, websites, calendars, and more—overseeing layout, text formatting, image scaling, and print readiness.
Conduct thorough online research and trend analysis to develop original design concepts and visual themes.
Maintain an organized archive and database of creative references and published materials.
Manage time and resources efficiently to deliver all visual content within scope, budget, and deadlines.
Provide input and creative direction for photography, visual production, and digital asset optimization.
Lead or support the design and production of branding for events, exhibitions, and seasonal campaigns from concept through execution.
Stay up to date with emerging design technologies, tools, and industry trends by attending workshops, and engaging in professional communities.
Uphold strict confidentiality regarding all creative materials, concepts, and intellectual property.
