Telesales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads
Generate new business by identifying and approaching potential clients
Promote and sell marketing, design, and subscription services
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Follow up with leads, share proposals, and help close deals.
Maintain a CRM log of all calls, visits, and outcomes.
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
Share regular sales updates with the management team
Handle client inquiries with professionalism and care
Requirements:
• Proven experience in tele-sales or cold calling
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in closing deals
• Basic understanding of digital marketing/design services is a plus
