Qualifications

Planning Engineer
Responsibilites :
Maintain Base Line Planning for the entire Project and obtain consultant/client approval.
Maintain Schedules, plans and oversee the entire program of work as per the BOQ in equal intervals.
Prepares cash flow, charts and histograms on planning projects.
Verifies critical path and interfaces between design/ engineering/ procurement / execution.
Monitor and report delays with actionable recovery plans.
Updates the schedule based on input received from project team.
Prepare the monthly Progress reports and Labor histograms.
Flag early warnings for potential delays or mismatches in sequencing.
Accumulates, collects and analyses data and information required for planning.
Inputs the breakdown structure information in means to assess an accurate forecast on time, resources and cash flow of the project.
Ensure interdisciplinary coordination between MEP, civil, and other departments.
Advice the Project Manager when delayed events occur and produce an extension of the time schedule in coordination with the commercial project team to support the claims.
