Requirement:

Excellent organizational skills ability to manage and train a team effectively.
Knowledge of UAE leasing regulations
Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up with potential residents.
Prepare and execute lease agreements in accordance with company policies.
Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new residents.
Residential & Commercial real estate leasing experience
Manage emergency repairs efficiently to minimize tenant inconvenience.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies, ensuring cost-effective procurement

Technician -HVAC, ELECTRICAL & PLUMBER

Should have 3-4 years of UAE experience as an HVAC & MEP Assistant technician.
Perform maintenance and repair tasks in commercial & residential properties, including electrical, A/C chiller, and plumbing.
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe damage.
Install, and maintain the fixtures and appliances.
Conduct hands-on maintenance and repairs on various equipment, including Air Handling Units (AHUs), Ecology Units, Fan Coil Units (FCUs), Variable Package Units, and Chillers
Should be on a visit visa or Cancelled visa and ready to join immediately.
