Accounting Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily bookkeeping and data entry in accounting systems (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).

Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and expense claims.

Reconcile bank statements and supplier statements.

Assist in preparing VAT filings and other compliance-related documentation (in accordance with UAE regulations).

Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.

Liaise with vendors, clients, and auditors as required.

Provide administrative support to the finance team.

Property Advisor (German, Greek Republic, Serbian)

Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets/KPIs set in the Employment Contract

Interview Buyers to determine what kind of properties they are seeking

Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers

Advise sellers on how to make their properties more appealing to potential buyers

Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of properties, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting

Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements

Arrange for title searchers to determine whether clients have clear property titles

Ensure due diligence of the above listing documents to comply with Dubai's Land Department and Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) Standards

Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds

Monitor Fulfilment or purchase contract terms to ensure that they are handled on time

Property Advisor ( German , Italian , French )

Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets/KPIs set in the Employment Contract

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience recruiting for both off-plan and secondary market real estate roles
