Master Principal Sales Consultant
RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to and drive largest Financial Crime and Compliance deals as directed by regional sales heads and presales / solution leaders with rigorous sales focus.
Work in collaboration with local account team (X-stack –hardware, technology and applications), Global Client Advisors
Lead all consultative selling enabling services including domain architects, sales consulting & Industry Solutions Group (ISGs).
Exercise creativity, independent judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to design non-routine and very complex business solutions utilizing FSGBU and broader Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.
Having the gravitas to interact with all roles at customer – including CCO, CRO, CIO, CTO, CDO, IT Architects, technical staff and other key representatives
Articulate case for change
Lead detailed discovery analysis
Conduct repeatable strategy, architecture, roadmap and planning workshops
Provide assessment of current state architecture and recommendation of future state architecture
Identify and evangelize key business and technology benefits of adoption
Provide roadmap and migration methodology and identify quick wins
Advise on organizational impact of solutions
Remain fully aware of relevant architectural programs and assets from Oracle worldwide
Remain aware of all relevant product developments and references – both at Oracle and at competitors
Represent Oracle the Financial Crime and Compliance Management LoB at industry events
GenO Tech CLOUD LIFT - DELIVERY MANAGEMENT OFFICE
JOB DESCRIPTION
In the Cloud Lift Delivery Management Office (DMO) you will work closely together with the Lift leadership team, collaborate with Regional Lift leads and implementation managers for the service offering related content.
Your primary role will be to help in the areas of service strategy and offering, content generation, internal and external service engagement and moderation that will help with the overall Go-to-Market efforts of Lift. You bring creative input; you speak to others on the greater Lift team to learn new topics for communication expressions and help to come up with other creative ideas that will generate visibility for the Lift team.
Ideally you are comfortable with internal business social media tools such as Slack and Zoom, and working with Confluence is not a challenge to you. Microsoft Office Powerpoint holds no secrets for you and any video editing skills you bring are a strong plus!
The ideal candidate for this role has a background in (business) communications and marketing, project management, as well as a creative ‘go-getter’ mindset that does not shy away from a challenge.
Lead Functional Domain Specialist (SCM) - Bahrain
What You Will Do
Lead and participate as Functional leader/Advisor in different Service activity streams such as Gap Analysis and Solution design , POCs, Demonistrations requirements gatherting, business analysis, projects’ delivery, Quality assurance with other Oracle teams at client locations or offshore teams for various activities.
Document / review Requirement Specifications Documents
Analyze business requirements, participate in functional design and document / review Functional Specification documents.
Travel as required to client locations onsite (within and outside MEA) on need basis for implementations and participate in product walkthrough and POC workshops.
During implementations, work with all onsite collaborators and client personnel to ensure project success.
Use defined standards/tools/processes to achieve work that meet quality expectations of Oracle / Client.
Document all work in accordance with agreed standards/processes applicable for Oracle / Client.
Adhere to defined Change Control Process of Oracle / Client. Align with Oracle / Client audit / compliance requirements.
Perform accurate handover / knowledge transfer at end of each assignment.
Timely status reporting to supervisor.
Timely submission of timesheets for Oracle / Clients.

Technical Fluency: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
