Analyst SOC/NOC
Responsibilities: Monitoring security access.
Conducting security assessments through vulnerability testing and risk analysis.
Performing both internal and external security audits.
Analysing security breaches to identify the root cause.
Continuously updating the company’s incident response and disaster recovery plans.
Verifying the security of third-party vendors and collaborating with them to meet security requirements.
Resolve outage issues by isolating programs and collaborating with engineers to find fixes.
Answer incoming calls for tech support from customers and other staff members within the company.
Write scripts and design automated network functions to increase efficiency.
Replace malfunctioning or underperforming hardware connected to the network.
Senior Officer ‐ Stakeholder Engagement
Responsibilities: • Coordinate with all relevant public and private sector stakeholders to collect necessary input and assist in developing the Stakeholder Engagement Action plan.
• Conduct site visits and organize office operations and procedures for the efficient flow of work.
• Assist Stakeholder Engagement team in preparing for strategic workshops& meetings , by coordinating with SU/AD Maritime Divisions internally and inviting external stakeholders to attend the engagements.
• Prepare and draft correspondences to manage the ways of strengthening relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure services are provided in accordance with the best standards.
• Performing any other tasks under the direction of the Manager Maritime Stakeholder Engagement.
• Work on stakeholder mapping and respond to stakeholder enquiries
Senior Specialist - External Communication
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities
• Handle external communications activities, plans, and campaigns for AD Ports Group and its businesses and ensure alignment with company vision, goals and values.
• Prepare accurate and up-to-date content, narratives and messages generated for external communications, social media and marketing, including videos, websites and brochures.
• Provide support in developing project plans and milestones of external campaigns and community (Corporate Social Responsibility) events.
• Track the budget assigned for external communications programs and initiatives and report actual expenditure.
• Maintain strong relationship among stakeholders and ensure to resolve key issues or risks effectively and efficiently.
• Support to develop annual PR tactics and coordinate all speaking platforms.
• Prepare the materials of external communications to ensure they are in an appropriate and timely format..
• Maintain tracking, archiving and reporting of all communication activities.
Senior Specialist Strategy - SU
Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams for the optimum performance of maritime sector strategy, aligning it with the overall business objectives. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify strategic opportunities and risks.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for maritime operations, providing regular insights and recommendations to the line manager. Identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and cost optimization while ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Work closely with finance and operations teams to ensure optimal resource allocation within the maritime sector. Allocate budgets, manpower, and other resources in alignment with the strategic priorities.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and progress toward strategic goals within the maritime sector. Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to guide decision-making.
Support in development of required internal and external business process and procedure to fulfil the responsibilities under AD Maritime mandate
VP HR Shared Services
Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of the AD Ports Group’s Global HR Regional Services strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate HR objectives and operational excellence across all clusters and regions
• Direct the establishment of a standardized HR service delivery model, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability while allowing flexibility for regional business requirements
• Oversee HR operations across regional HR regional services in MENA, Europe, Asia, and LATAM, ensuring consistent service levels and compliance with corporate policies as well as labor laws and regulations
• Manage the development and monitor HR service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement for all transactional HR services
• Lead the streamlining of HR processes across regions, ensuring efficient workforce administration, payroll, benefits, and employee transactions
• Collaborate with the Digital Cluster to implement process automation, self-service tools, and AI-driven HR solutions, improving HR service efficiency and employee experience
