Timekeeper
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily attendance records of all site workers and staff.
Collect, verify, and summarize timekeeping data.
Enter timekeeping information into the system (manual or digital).
Track employee work hours, overtime, late entries, and early departures.
Coordinate with HR and payroll teams for time-related data.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly manpower reports.
Verify and maintain leave records (sick leave, annual leave, etc.).
Ensure all timesheets are signed and approved by relevant supervisors.
Monitor compliance with work hour regulations and project labor policies.
Assist in mobilization/demobilization record-keeping.
Report discrepancies or irregularities in attendance and working hours.
Material Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Review and approve material submittals in accordance with project specifications and standards.
Conduct material testing and analysis for concrete, asphalt, aggregates, steel, geotextiles, and other civil infrastructure materials.
Evaluate material quality and suitability based on engineering and environmental standards.
Ensure compliance with local and international codes such as ASTM, ACI, BS, and AASHTO.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve material-related issues.
Inspect material storage and handling at the site to ensure quality preservation.
Develop and implement material testing schedules and quality control plans.
Prepare technical reports, test results, and compliance documentation.
Recommend alternative materials or sources when non-compliance or supply issues arise.
Civil Inspector-QA/QC
Key Responsibilities
Conduct site inspections for civil works (e.g., concrete, rebar, formwork, finishing)
Review and verify material compliance with approved specifications
Prepare and submit inspection requests (IRs), NCRs, and quality reports
Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and client representatives
Monitor and document construction activities as per ITPs and QCPs
Ensure corrective actions are implemented for non-conformances
