Modular Design Engineering Consultants

Receptionist cum Secretary

Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, follow up clients, and sending invoices.
Flexible, with the ability to work in a highly demanding, stressful environment under pressure.
Ability to communicate effectively and politely with staff, clients and visitors.
Assist the Admin and Accounts department.
Basic computer operations including MS office - (Word, Excel ) is a must
Preferably a female who can speak Tagalog.
Can join immediately.

Junior Architect

 Job Description:

Work under full supervision and support on authority submittals, drawings review, application preparations.
Ability to review designs as per standard codes.
Ability to design, develop and coordinate with other departments.
Documentation work including log record for project progress tracking
Authority follow up with all concerned departments till projects completion.
Applications for permitting with all authorities
Able to deal with huge and vary workload
Organized and able to deal with basic Excel files
High communication skills

Site Civil Engineer

 Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and inspect site civil works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Maintain daily site diaries and inspection reports, documenting progress and issues.
Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of civil activities.
Verify that materials delivered and used on-site comply with the project requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and attend site meetings with the contractor and client.
Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective actions.
Assist in reviewing shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
Provide technical support to the Resident Engineer and highlight any deviations or delays.
Monitor and ensure implementation of quality assurance and control measures.
Assist in quantity verification and certification for civil works completed.
Authority Compliance: Conduct regular compliance checks to meet all authority regulations, preparing for inspections and securing necessary approvals.
Quality Control: Implement quality assurance procedures, inspect work quality, and address any deviations from standards to maintain consistency.
Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations, conduct regular audits, and ensure PPE is used by all personnel.
Project Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of site inspections, quality checks, test results, and authority approvals.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary on-site contact, liaising with clients, contractors, sub-consultants, and regulatory agencies to ensure alignment.

Mechanical Engineer

 Responsibilities:

· Preparing submission documents as per local authority, Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, Green Building & UAE Civil Defense.

· Preparing Specification of Projects and Tender documents.

· Calculations as per ASHRAE Standard and green building regulations.

· Carryout inspections on site, as per IR & RFI.

· Verifying MCR and Pre-Qualification Certificates of all Products.

· Coordinating and attending meeting with sub-contractors and Construction Manager to obtain clearance before starting the work to ensure smooth and efficient execution of work.

· Follow-up Client comments on site and rectify within given time Limit.
