Disbursement Accounts Executive
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, validate, and issue invoices for port calls and service deliveries in accordance with contract terms and client-specific templates.
Cross-verify operational data, third-party vendor charges, and documentation to ensure billing accuracy.
Track and manage invoice submissions and follow-up logs to ensure timely billing cycles.
Liaise with operations, finance, and client teams to clarify discrepancies and ensure supporting documents are complete.
Maintain updated billing trackers and ensure compliance with client-specific invoicing SOPs.
Respond promptly to client queries or documentation requests related to invoicing, ensuring adherence to timelines and avoiding penalties associated with delays.
Assist in reconciliations, credit notes, and resubmission processes as required.
Operations Executive
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
3–6 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, maritime, or defence contracting.
Prior exposure to naval operations or working with Navy ships is highly desirable.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional and concise email etiquette is essential.
Demonstrated ability to work across time zones with geographically dispersed teams.
Organised, dependable, and capable of prioritising under pressure.
Familiarity with documentation related to port services, customs, or government logistics is a plus.
Marine Surveyor, Survey & Inspection
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Competent user of the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Being able to communicate verbally/writing in a clear and concise manner.
Balance multiple tasks, changing priorities & operate within a deadline-oriented environment.
Good interpersonal relationship in managing people/sub-ordinates, planning, organizing.

Vessel Boarding Executive
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise the boarding process for crew, passengers, inspectors, and service personnel.
Verify boarding permissions, identification, and necessary documentation (visas, seaman’s books, etc.).
Ensure compliance with ISPS (International Ship and Port Facility Security) Code and port regulations.
Oversee the loading/unloading of cargo, provisions, and equipment, ensuring proper documentation.
Liaise with customs, immigration, and port authorities for clearance procedures.
Report incidents, delays, or security breaches to the relevant authorities.
Act as the primary point of contact between vessel crew, port agents, and logistics teams.
Address queries from ship captains, shipping agents, and port officials.
