Field Operator (UAE)

What we need:

Field Operator, for Hassyan Power Plant, will monitor the Operation parameters of the system at local and coordinate with the CCR Operator in regard to all related activities that affect operation. Responsible for safe start-up/shut down of the plant as per the Standard Operating Procedures. Quick response during emergency operation of the plant.


Who will fit:

Technical Diploma in Engineering degree holder.

CCR Operator (UAE)

Control Room Operations

Operate the assigned unit / plant from the control panel as per defined procedures, adjust operating conditions and product flows and take immediate corrective action in the event of abnormalities or malfunction in the operating equipment.
Develop thorough understanding of plant layout, processes, operating advanced technology systems and equipment and work procedures of multiple operating assets in order to perform duties and day-to-day operations as per defined quality/HSE standards.
Maintain continuous radio contact with field operators, informing them of current operating conditions and initiating required actions to maintain operations within the agreed operating parameters.
Update the control room registers and logs and carry out proper shift handover to ensure seamless communication.
Follow the work instructions of the Shift Supervisor / Engineer, monitor any system abnormalities and take quick actions and decisions to normalize the equipment as per the work instructions / SOPs.
Make initial diagnostic check to determine cause of equipment malfunction, correct faults if required or raise work requests for faulty equipment to the concerned departments and follow up for the timely and efficient defect rectification.
Coordinate and ensure Lock Out & Tag Out during the isolation of equipment for maintenance and normalize the equipment after cancellation, as per the approved Permit to Work procedure.

Turbine Design & Integrity Engineer, NMES

Key Responsibilities



Conduct thermodynamic analyses of steam/gas paths to optimize turbine performance and efficiency.
Perform heat balance analyses of power trains.
Create, model and evaluate your own 3D models of turbine components using the available software platforms.
Conduct performance and integrity analyses of steam paths, stationary and rotating parts, and turbine casings.
Provide design support to customers remotely and on-site as needed, including areas related to performance/commissioning, fault-finding, and system problem-solving.
Lead feasibility studies for (partial) turbine re-rates/design and provide recommendations based on analysis and operational feasibility.
Specify, execute, and review turbine performance trials to validate design improvements.
Support reverse engineering activities and contribute to the advanced parts solutions program for steam turbine components.
Collaborate with other departments supporting commercial and operational assignments.
Conduct technical risk analyses and troubleshooting.
Provide technical support and guidance to Outage Managers, Lead Field Services Engineer and Field Service Engineers.

Senior Accounting / GL Controller

Functional Responsibilities



Perform trial balance (TB) reviews, ensuring all action items are tracked and resolved promptly.
Ensure GL schedules are 100% accurate and audit ready.
Conduct entity-wise balance sheet ratio reviews, including detailed variance analysis.
Perform entity-wise P&L reviews with comprehensive variance analysis and insights.
Collaborate closely with internal teams for a timely period and month-end closing activities.
Conduct pre-closing balance sheet reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Manage inventory GL control, including coordination of periodic physical verification.
Reconcile and monitor clearing accounts, including:
OCB (Open Contract Balances)
GRIR (Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt)
Freight Clearing
Vendor Advances
Employee & Customer Advances
Track and analyze deferred revenue movement by project and by entity.
Participate in accounting policy assessments, including the creation of white papers for revenue recognition methodologies.
Conduct historical assessments on revenue recognition per project.
Support internal consolidation processes within NMES by tracking inter-company transactions.
Ensure GL Controllership, including the allocation of outsourced manpower costs to the correct project WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) to eliminate unallocated GL balances.
