Internal Control Specialist

 Summary:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in auditing / accounting services.
Experience in Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) / International Standards on Auditing (ISA) regarding the evaluation of a company’s financial reporting control.
Knowledge in the practical application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
Knowledge on Tax & VAT in UAE.
Skills: Communication, Computer Skills, Time Management, Proactive, Problem Solving and Critical Thinking Skills 
Hierarchically report to: Middle East Internal Control & SOX Manager & ADOC Finance Director 
Key Interaction & Coordination (Internally, externally): 
Internally: All Finance Department (Accounting, PFC, Tax, Treasury & Reporting) Teams, Cost Control, Procurement, Subcontract, Payroll & Legal as well as Internal Auditors.
Externally: Auditors (Coordination & Support)
 

Cluster Human Rights Officer

 🔑 Key Responsibilities

Implement human rights programs in projects using a risk based strategy.
Lead due diligence efforts across the value chain (particularly Procurement and Subcontracting), ensuring early stage awareness and expectation sharing.
Evaluate and refine human rights risk profiles for operations and the supply chain, promoting lessons learned and best practices.
Coordinate project based Site HuRi Officers overseeing grievance mechanisms, supply chain oversight, and social awareness tools.
Assist proposal, qualification, and tender teams with human rights integration during bid preparation and execution phases.
Engage in audits led by external stakeholders, aligning mitigation actions with global standards (ILO, IFC, EP4).
Handle confidential data and grievance cases with discretion and strategic diplomacy.

Travel Coordinator   UAE National

Key Responsibilities:
  Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, visas, and ground transportation.
  Ensure travel bookings comply with company travel policies and budget guidelines.
  Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels to secure the best rates and services.
  Maintain accurate records of travel itineraries, expenses, and documentation.
  Assist employees with travel related queries and provide timely support during travel.
  Monitor travel schedules and proactively address any changes or disruptions.
  Prepare travel reports and assist with expense reconciliation.
  Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and safety protocols.
