Associate - Admin Support (PRO)

 Key Responsibilities
  Submitting and collecting documents at government departments, Free Zones, and mainland authorities for company formation, visa processes, and other business services.
Assisting with visa applications including employment, investor, dependent, and Golden Visas.
Supporting the process of document attestation and legalization through embassies and UAE authorities (MOFA, Notary Public, etc.).
Coordinating the issuance and renewal of Tax Residency Certificates.
Updating client records and key data in the company’s ERP system in a timely and accurate manner.
Assisting the team in preparing and issuing invoices and internal documentation like board resolutions, appointment letters, and power of attorney documents.
Ensuring timely tracking of visa, license and document expiry dates for renewal or cancellation processes.
Providing general support to team members across the department as required for day-to-day operations.

Consultant - Risk Advisory Services (Internal Audit)

Responsible for completing assignments including Business Risk Assessments, Internal Audits, Conceptualization & Documentation of Standard Operating Procedures.
Responsible for preparing and complete project engagement formalities, conflict of interest documents, client acceptance letters etc. at the time of project assignment.
Complete Fieldwork by coordinating dates and schedules with clients; preparing checklists; gathering information; understanding clients business needs and operating procedures; preparing assessments and risk assessments (if applicable); internal audit plans; annual audit plans (if applicable) etc.
Ensure thorough project documentation and maintain electronic filing in accordance to BDO guidelines.
Prepare and review Internal Audit Plan based the evidence gathered during the field work; discuss Project Execution Strategy with the Manager; coordinate and communicate initial observations with the client; obtain client approval for planning phase; initiate project execution.

Assistant Manager (Internal Audit)

Key Responsibilities 

Plan, execute, and manage risk advisory and internal audit engagements across the Oil & Gas, Energy, Metals & Mining, and Manufacturing sectors
Conduct detailed risk assessments to identify operational, financial, and compliance risks
Perform end-to-end internal audit engagements within the specified sectors
Evaluate the design and effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes
Provide actionable recommendations to improve controls, mitigate risks, and boost operational efficiency
Support the development and implementation of enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks
Collaborate with business units to advise on risk mitigation strategies
Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders

Consultant - Corporate Advisory Services

Qualifications and Experience
 Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in corporate advisory and company secretarial services, preferably within the UAE.
In-depth knowledge of UAE corporate laws, regulations, and business setup procedures.
Proven experience in advising clients on business structuring, restructuring, and asset protection.
Strong understanding of company secretarial practices, including compliance requirements and corporate governance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with company secretarial software.

Experienced Consultant - Technical Services

Required Qualifications & Experience

2 to 4 years of experience in Risk Advisory, Internal Audit, or Internal Controls, preferably within top-tier consulting & advisory firms.
Deep functional expertise in the NRE sector (Upstream, Midstream, Downstream), including areas such as:
Exploration, drilling, refining, and production processes
Mega project capex and regulatory reviews
EHS assessments, project controls, and contract management
Plant operations, maintenance, and reliability
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Instrumentation, Metallurgy); advanced degrees preferred.
At least one relevant certification, such as:

Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)

SO Auditor Certifications
API, IMS or other relevant industry certifications
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with data analytics tools is a plus.
