Lead Structure Engineer

 Key Responsibilities:

Design and Leadership:
Lead the structural design process, and analysis of high-rise towers, podiums, and integrated mixed-use complexes, from Pre-Concept till to IFC and further through the Execution in accordance with local, international standards, and industry best practices.
Prepare and adhere to assigned budgets and schedules, integrate team efforts, review work, set priorities, identify, and resolve issues in a timely manner and communicate status to the Technical Director.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders and team members.
Proven track record of successfully delivering structural engineering projects, with a focus on safety, quality, and innovation.

Mechanical Design Engineer

Responsibility: 

 Performing design calculations for optimization and compliance of applicable standards and codes.
Efficient review of Mechanical systems design (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Drainage, Water, LPG) 
Ensure that purposed designs are following the latest energy efficient design criteria.
Propose alternative design solutions to render the projects viable and within allocated budget.
Provide technical assistance to concerned departments, liaison with Architect, Structural engineers, and site visits (whenever required) to support the project team.

Electrical Design Engineer

Responsibility: 
 Establish and maintain strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders, design team, authorities, and associated organizations.
understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
Providing technical review, advice and support on the design, and engineering, of mechanical systems for building projects.
Undertake and deliver high quality detailed engineering design for electrical building services and power distribution systems, including calculations, analysis, schematics, drawings, diagrams, models, specifications, and other documents required.
Managing a team of draftsmen and liaison with Architect
Preparation of Design Concept reports, data sheet and specifications.
Performing Design calculations for optimization and compliance of applicable standards, codes, and local regulations.

Electrical Drafter

 Responsibilities
 

Preparation of Electrical Design drawing with applied Cad Standard & Formats
Be familiar with design of Electrical system such as LV system, Light and Power distribution, Telecom and Low current systems, Emergency services and Fire Alarm System.
developing drawings according to specifications and direction from the design staff
Proficient in production of schematic riser and power single line diagrams and load schedule.
