Associate Account Director
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Communications Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive communications strategies that align with the organization’s goals and enhance its strategic positioning.
Agency Coordination: Manage and coordinate with external agencies, including social media, marketing, and branding teams, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all platforms.
Media Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with local and regional media outlets to secure strategic media coverage and manage media engagements effectively.
Content Development: Oversee the creation of high-quality, bilingual (English and Arabic) content for press releases, speeches, presentations, and other communication materials.
Brand Management: Ensure the organization’s brand identity is consistently represented across all communication channels and campaigns.
Crisis Communication: Lead crisis communication efforts, providing timely and effective responses to protect and enhance the organization’s reputation.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Designer
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
Designs and develops multimedia-based layouts, graphics, animations, videos, sound, and/or content for clients’ use in presentations, video productions, multimedia programs, websites, and other electronic media.
Works with clients and project teams to review and recommend design options, functionality, and programming needs.
Designs web interfaces, develops layout concepts, selects and secures appropriate illustrative materials, and creates engaging animations using After Effects and other animation applications.
Creates visual representations of concepts and ideas.
Creates clear content structure and categorization.
Demonstrates strong design and visual skills with knowledge of various software.
Translates business needs, requirements, and technical capabilities into designs that are visually exciting, audience-centered, and emotionally engaging.
Identifies problems and executes effective solutions.
Account Executive
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Policy, International Relations, Political Science, Marketing, Communications, or Journalism
Related work experience of 2–3 years
Prior experience in public affairs, with flexibility to support other teams as needed
Previous client servicing experience
Knowledge of the UAE and KSA regulatory and political landscape
Interest in communications and enthusiasm for the fast-paced nature of agency life
Understanding of strategic communications, public affairs, and campaign planning
Familiarity with the regional regulatory environment
Proficiency in using tools and resources to support client work
Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships across media and government
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Awareness of market trends and ability to apply relevant insights
Skills in client relationship management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
