Senior Document Controller

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in document control within the construction or oil & gas industry.

• Proficiency in document control systems such as Aconex, EDMS, or similar.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and control project documentation and ensure proper filing and retrieval.

• Maintain records of incoming and outgoing documents.

• Ensure compliance with document control procedures and standards.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding documentation needs.

• Prepare reports and documentation logs as required.

Lead Pipeline Engineer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• At least 8 years of experience in pipeline design and engineering, preferably in the oil & gas sector.

• Strong knowledge of pipeline codes (e.g., ASME B31.4, B31.8) and industry standards.

• Proficient in pipeline engineering software and tools.

• Excellent project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and engineering of pipeline systems across project phases.

• Review and approve technical drawings, calculations, and specifications.

• Ensure pipeline design meets safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and project teams.

• Provide technical support during construction and commissioning phases.

Lead Structural Engineer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in structural design, preferably in offshore or oil & gas projects.

• Proficiency in structural analysis software such as STAAD Pro, SACS, or ANSYS.

• Familiarity with international structural codes and standards.

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the structural design and analysis of project structures.

• Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, and reports.

• Ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
