Key Responsibilities
Monitors the economy product on a rotating basis, at Check-In, Departures, Transfer Desk or Arrivals.
Sets up check-in area and ensure correct allocation of desks, manpower and other resources for economy passengers.
Monitors passenger flow and queue times, providing assistance and adjusting desk allocation as required.
Ensures proper enforcement of flight opening/closure times, baggage policies, Credit Checks and documentation requirements.
Provides assistance and information to passengers and relevant stakeholders as necessary.
Ensures the timely commencement and close out of boarding process to ensure on-time performance.
Assists passengers through security, immigration and transfer areas offering assistance with baggage and flight connections as required.
Ensures safe and secure passenger embarkation and disembarkation processes and monitor turn-round handling and baggage handling activities within company/regulatory safety and security guidelines.
Assist passenger arrivals and baggage reclaim process and offer any assistance as necessary.

Key Responsibilities
Provides continuous input and assistance to the Captain in ensuring that flights are operated in a safe and efficient manner. .
Acts as a brand ambassador of the airline, especially while on duty, and maintains a high personal standard of discipline, conduct, and appearance.
Demonstrates responsibility for the duty of care and welfare of the crew and customers.
Supports the commander in ensuring the appropriate fueling, baggage/cargo loading and appropriate servicing of the aircraft.
Ensures the proper execution of his/her duties that are specific in the instructions and procedures laid down in the flydubai Operations Manuals.

Role Requirements
Must be at least 21 years old.
Minimum height of 158 cm, in accordance with our safety regulations.
Well-groomed and professional appearance, in line with flydubai’s grooming standards.
No visible tattoos while in uniform.
Possession of a valid passport.
In good health, with the ability to pass an aero medical examination.
Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
Confident in the water when wearing a flotation aid/life jacket.
Willing to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
Enthusiastic and proactive, with a passion for delivering excellent service.
