Telesales

Key Responsibilities:

Explain product features and benefits clearly and convincingly.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of all calls, customer details, and sales.
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer objections professionally and turn them into opportunities.
Work collaboratively with team members and report progress to the Sales Manager.
