Fleet Sales Executive
Respond to all assigned leads within the first hour to ensure timely follow up and maximize conversion opportunities.
Schedule meetings with potential fleet customers and maintain strong client relationships.
Sales Presentations & Promotion
Deliver professional sales presentations highlighting vehicle features, advantages, and benefits (FAB).
Promote value added brand services and suggest optional accessories tailored to client requirements.
Organize and lead outdoor test drives and on site vehicle demonstrations for corporate clients.
Sales Process & Documentation
Ensure accurate collection of customer documentation to enable seamless deal closure and timely invoicing.
Maintain detailed records of customer demographics, sales orders, and interactions in digital or written format.
Coordinate closely with the delivery specialist to oversee the delivery process.
Sales Targets & Business Development
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly fleet sales targets as assigned.
Proactively identify and approach potential fleet clients to generate new business.
Manage booking follow ups and delivery coordination to enhance customer experience.
Knowledge & Continuous Improvement
Vehicle Handover Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule and prepare vehicles for timely delivery.
Greet customers warmly and guide them through the handover process.
Explain vehicle features, systems, and technology clearly, ensuring the customer is comfortable with their new car.
Ensure all registration, insurance, and delivery paperwork is accurately completed and filed.
Conduct a full vehicle inspection before handover and ensure the vehicle is clean and showroom ready.
Demonstrate key vehicle technologies, including infotainment, connectivity features, and driver assistance systems.
Address all customer inquiries during handover and provide post delivery support as needed.
Service Technician
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose mechanical problems using computerized diagnostic tools in line with brand procedures.
Perform vehicle repair and maintenance tasks efficiently and accurately as per manufacturer and dealership standards (ELSA, TPI & DISS).
Communicate regularly with the Parts Advisor and Team Leader to ensure effective job scheduling and updates.
Accurately diagnose and repair malfunctions as authorized by the customer.
Carry out multi function vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs to ensure safety and reliability.
Record detailed documentation of all work completed on the repair order.
Maintain a personal inventory of standard tools not categorized as special tools by the service department.
Stay updated with factory service bulletins and attend brand sponsored technical training programs.
