✅ Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in FM Operations
Relevant FM certifications or qualifications
Experience managing Facilities Management services in residential/commercial towers
Prior experience under Owners Association management is a plus
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preference for candidates on visit or cancellation visas
