General Manager – Interior Design Division
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute ASI’s strategic plan aligned with the company’s vision and long term goals.
Lead short , medium , and long term planning initiatives to ensure operational efficiency and growth.
Oversee business strategy development and execution, ensuring alignment across functional departments.
Represent ASI with internal and external stakeholders, including government entities, clients, and partners, to enhance the company’s reputation and expand strategic alliances.
Ensure financial soundness through effective budgeting, cost control, and performance monitoring to drive profitability and ROI.
Provide direction on company wide policy development and governance, working closely with the Senior General Manager.
Establish clear KPIs and performance targets in line with corporate objectives.
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and corporate governance standards through internal audits and regular reviews.
Build a positive organizational culture that supports growth, engagement, and performance excellence.
Lead and mentor a high performing leadership team, promoting accountability and professional development.
Chief Accountant
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the Accounts & Finance team.
Ensure proper management and maintenance of accounting transactions and records.
Deliver cost effective and efficient accounting services to control company expenditures.
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures, ensuring compliance.
Monitor budget implementation as directed by the Group CFO.
Compile and issue financial reports within required timeframes.
Coordinate with external auditors and facilitate audits.
Manage monthly and year end closing processes across entities.
Prepare consolidated monthly and annual financial reports.
Junior Accountant
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Chief Accountant in financial reporting and daily accounting operations.
Monitor daily sales transactions and ensure proper documentation.
Track and report on aging of accounts receivables.
Receive and verify cash and cheque collections from the sales team.
Review daily sales invoices and receipt vouchers for accuracy.
Handle the deposit of daily cash and cheque collections to the bank.
Generate monthly reports, including supplier wise sales summaries and sales comparisons.
Monitor depreciation of fixed assets and track prepayments.
Support the sales team with invoicing and receipt voucher preparation when needed.
Manage and reconcile petty cash fund.
Assistant Storekeeper
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Storekeeper in receiving and inspecting incoming stock against supplier invoices.
Report discrepancies or damaged stock to the Storekeeper/Supervisor for claims processing.
Coordinate with freight forwarders and insurance companies regarding shipment documentation and claims.
Prepare stock orders through SAP and send STOs to the PDC.
Generate and follow up on VOR (Vehicle Off Road) orders and maintain related records.
Strictly adhere to SOPs and ensure proper record keeping for all inventory transactions.
Issue purchase orders for locally sourced parts needed for workshop or counter.
Supply or receive goods against STO and coordinate part locations in the warehouse.
Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of parts, warehouse equipment, and tools.
Secure stock from unauthorized access and manage warehouse inventory system accuracy (SAP and physical).
Assist in maintaining records for GRNs, STOs, packing lists, supplier invoices, delivery notes, and shipment documentation.
Support the shipping/receiving processes and keep inward/outward registers updated.
Parts Picker
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, store, and distribute automotive parts to retail and workshop counters.
Read parts orders and shipping instructions to determine items to be moved or distributed.
Sort and place items on shelves, racks, or bins based on size, type, style, or product code.
Move materials from receiving area to appropriate storage or designated locations.
Assemble and pack customer orders for delivery or dispatch.
Label materials with identifying information using marking tools.
Open crates and containers using hand tools and inspect contents.
Record quantities of items received or distributed and update inventory logs.
Use computers to input and track inventory movement.
Prepare parcels and update shipment documentation.
Confirm and document stock movements for inventory accuracy.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or National Parts Manager.
