Health Information Management Officer-Health Information Management

 RESPONSIBILITIES 

 Generates various reports from the health information systems pertaining to security, statistical data, research and quality monitoring and compiling end-user reports based on the information required from the reporting tool.
 Designs and incorporate new workflows into the health information systems for report generation in the future
 Supports other departments/sections and physicians in research analysis and other projects

 Ensures to collect all relevant data for monthly reporting and reporting any lag in data collection to Senior Officer/Manager/ Director
 Supports other departments/sections and physicians in research analysis and other projects
 Assists in preparing the monthly KPI reports, Health Authority of Abu Dhabi covering statistics related to all services provided by the facility
 Prepares and completes release of information application forms after identifying the party requesting patient information and obtaining written consent

Education and Outreach Coordinator-Operations Management

 RESPONSIBILITIES 

 To establish and engage in partnerships with community based, public and private sector entities to deliver clinical program prevention and continuing professional education as applicable.
 To use current clinical knowledge of assigned clinical program care to develop and coordinate burn education (including materials) for pre-hospital, hospital, industry, educational institutions, members of the community and any other interested institutions or agencies
 To provide continued contact with these institutions and groups to ensure access, information, and ongoing education. Educational offerings must be designed to meet the specific needs of the requesting agency / group.
 To coordinate the scheduling of the clinical programs outreach education presentations/activities.
 Delivers clinical program education sessions to outreach partners throughout the emirate and beyond where required.
 Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team and community partners for the development and implementation of clinical program awareness and prevention programs.

Pediatric – Trauma PIPS Coordinator-Operations Management


Essential Responsibilities

 Performance Improvement - Participates in Quality Management and Performance Improvement activities: Identifies patient care, system, and/or process issues and trends; Assists with chart reviews, data collection and preparation for case presentations.
 Works with the Trauma Medical Director, Trauma Program Manager and all other departments in the investigation and resolution of issues, and performance improvement activities related to Trauma care delivery.
 Monitors, reviews, and reports extracted from the trauma registry and all other relevant reports
 Assists in the development/revision of administrative policies and clinical nursing guidelines/standards of care for program patients in collaboration with appropriate disciplines.
 Participates in Departmental meetings, and attends conventions, conferences, workshops, and other professional meetings to extend learning and to represent SSMC Center.

Respiratory Therapist-Respiratory Therapy

 RESPONSIBILITIES 

 Performs respiratory care procedures as per established policy and procedures, i.e. if required under the direction of senior staff and physicians
 Assumes responsibility for operating autonomously, utilizing critical thinking and problem- solving skills
 Oversees and highlights the shortage of materials to Senior staff or supervisor at the earliest convenience, ordering replenishments when necessary
 Participates in the development and modification of respiratory care management, plans and therapeutic goals for patients with cardiopulmonary diseases in consultation with physicians.
 Assists the physician and Code Team in cardiac / respiratory arrest situations.
 Provides advanced emergency airway care according to the approved protocol
 Perform and/or Assists with pulmonary and sleep diagnostic procedures as required
