Fit Out Executive (Emirati Talent)

What you’ll do?



Review the design documents to ensure that the submitted design is as per company guidelines and local authority regulations
Review & recommend the initial design concept and detailed working drawing from the tenant ensuring compliance with the retail design guidelines and lease agreement.
Conduct weekly site meetings with the tenants and fit-out contractors to discuss technical and progress related concerns
Review of relevant QA / QC documents
Preparing LOD as per the site condition and modifying it as per tenant requirement
Preparing final pending issues and major comments during the handing over - retail and special projects.

General Task Management

Oversee daily procurement activities and ensure timely purchasing aligned with company policies and procedures
Review and approve purchase orders (POs), approval request forms (ARFs), and transport indents via the portal
Evaluate and obtain quotations from potential suppliers
Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize value and operational efficiency

New Project Support


Collaborate with project teams to understand requirements and develop material and service delivery plans accordingly
Provide regular updates to operational leads on project progress and support timely resolution of any challenges
Monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with allocated budgets

Senior Development Manager 

What you’ll do?

 
Manage all phases of project development, from feasibility, design, and approvals through to construction, completion, and handover. Ensure that all aspects of the project align with strategic objectives.
Develop and implement detailed project plans, defining timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Ensure all milestones are met, and projects are completed on time and within scope.
Adapt strategies to manage a variety of projects across different sectors (residential, commercial, industrial), applying best practices for each sector’s specific demands and complexities.
Monitor project expenditures and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and provide financial status updates to the management as required.
Prepare and manage comprehensive project budgets, including cost estimates, forecasts, and variance analysis. Ensure strong financial controls are in place and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.
