Technical Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
Review and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to identify and resolve conflicts before and during construction.
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers for technical clarifications and material approvals.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, project specifications, and authority requirements (Dubai Municipality, ADM, etc.).
Prepare and manage submittals such as shop drawings, material data sheets, method statements, and RFI logs.
Provide technical support to site teams, resolving design-related issues on-site.
Ensure all technical documents are properly filed and updated.
Coordinate design changes and issue revised drawings to site.
Assist the project manager in maintaining project timeline and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Check materials and workmanship to ensure quality and conformity to project specifications.

Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely delivery of work.
Maintain site reports, work records, and daily progress logs.
Handle site inspections and support project engineers during quality control checks.
Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Visit construction sites, consultants, and contractors to promote products/services.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations to clients.
Negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure proper after-sales support.
Maintain up-to-date records of sales, client interactions, and market activity.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery, invoicing, and customer support.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, or site meetings when required.
Project/Construction Manager
Key Responsibilities:
